Who Is Eligible For a Exchange
Our exchange policy allows for exchanges within 15 days of purchase. Please note that we do not have return policy. If you receive any damaged or defective product, we kindly request that you send a video or photo of the defective item for verification. This helps us to verify the issue and process your exchange swiftly and accurately.
How To Exchange Products?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at retail@thejoe.in or send the request through “My Account“.
Product will be replace only on conditions:
- The product was not customized after purchase.
- The product is not destroyed.
- Replacement is accepted only in original packaging.
- As per the company norms.
If the customer wants to Exchange then they have to pay RTO Charges after coordination with the courier partner.
